Own a rental property?  We can set you up on a maintenance schedule for changing of filters, light bulbs, caulking, etc and perform an inspection on all appliances to ensure they are working properly.

Dumas Works LLC will repair your deck and fences, whether it be replacing a loose board or refinishing it.  We can also adjust your gates to make sure they open and close as expected! 

Whether it be a fan, sink, faucet, chandelier, curtain rods, shutters, or more, we can swap out fixtures as needed. 

We work with buyers/sellers and the Home Inspection Repair Lists. Many times we can take care of the whole list for the house.  If not, we can recommend other contractors that we have working relationships with to complete the list.

We offer renovation demolition and bulk trash removal services.
